Adobe Animate 2023 crashes

Hello,

When I run the application (Animate) and open a project (any) the application crashes.

I updated my GPU Drivers and all OS updates have been installed up to date. ( I have noticed that my GPU spikes to 100%) (GPU = Nvidia RTX A1000 Laptop GPU)
I have reinstalled Animate and Adobe Creative Cloud.
I have Deleted the preferences and recreated them.
I have turned off my firewall.

Any advice would be helpful.

Good day all, 

My colleague and I are trying to work on Adobe Animate, but it keeps crashing just after creating a new file.
Any help with this bug would be greatly appreaciated.

Have you tried uninstalling and killing preferences - then reinstalling? Installing an older version from CC Desktop, perhaps?

what os version?

did you use the cc desktop app to uninstall animate and your preferences?

Yes, I uninstalled it with the CC desktop app then I went into the user files and deleted any Animate files (Found a thread stating this will remove any remnant of preferences.

Unfortunately, this did not work.

if animate is not currently installed, reinstall it using the desktop app.

 

then, if it still crashes uninstall it including preferences per https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html
