Adobe Animate 24 keeps crashing in Windows.

I can open Animate, but trying to do anything besides opening the program makes it crash on my Windows computer.  I am trying to get it to run so I can teach it in a couple of weeks in my high school animation class!

I can get it to work on my MacBook laptop, but my desktop PC that I teach on & the kids work on, it keeps crashing.

I have all the requirements & specs to operate it.  I am stumped.  Please help.

create a custom keyboard shortcut 

uninstall animate including preferences 

reinstall animate 

confirm your shortcut was reset 

if is, then see if that stops the crashes

I uninstalled animate including preferences, reinstalled animate, opened with the shortcut I created, and it's still crashing everytime.

was your shortcut reset? if not, retry removing preferences until it is reset.

Yes, shortcut was reset.  It's still crashing.

create a new user on your computer and install for that user
