adobe animate hands on tutorials not working

Having the same problem here. The tutorials were working a few weeks ago, but now when they are started there is an error message and the instructions won't load.  Windows update conflict?

So, that doesn't actually address the problem. Something was working reliably... now it's not. I use the tutorials for students who want to work independently or need to catch up.  They are also good references for locating where tools are by pointing, and highlighting specific areas. Why have they suddenly stopped working and is there a fix for it.

i don't know what occurred on your computers.  i do know the local tutorials have been problematic since they were introduced.  some of the problems are much greater than a faulty start.
