Adobe Animate not exporting MOV

I try to export but nothing happens.

I tried exporting to my desktop first. then i tried creating a folder (the untitled folder) and tried to export there. still didn't work

You mean media encoder? Do I need to have adobe media encoder to export to MOV?

yes, you need ame (adobe media encoder). it should install with animate.

You're not exporting an MOV in your screenshot, you're exporting an (H.264) MP4.

Use Format: Quicktime / Preset: Default (Animate) to export a lossless MOV.
