that's the sound panel, not the settings. (and, in the future, copy and paste screenshots into your messages instead of attaching ala below).
click file>publish settings and click audio stream and/or audio event (depending on what you're using) to select export quality:

then the sound should sound the same as outside animate. but you changed your sound settings so consistancy is absent and so i'm not sure about the accuracy of what you post here.

i didnt uncheck the convert stereo to mono and i didnt export the video to max quality

there is no quality setting for raw compression. did you change again to mp3?
