Adobe Flash CS6 sign in issue

Whenever i try to sign into adobe's services so i can use my trial for any cs6 software, It goes back to the sign in screen. I dont know how to fix this, someone help me.

try cleaning your computer of adobe files, IF you have nothing useful from adobe on your computer per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

then restart your computer and retry installing cs6.
