after the update to animate 2020 i can only draw straight lines

this goes for any tool... depending on how far the stylus is to the right, it will create a line going from that point to the left.

i am temporarily using adobe animate 2017

notes:

- drivers are up to date

- i have a wacom cintiq pro 13

- i tried turning off windows ink and that didn't do anything except turn off my pen pressure
