Having "Export Video/Media" issues.
Error was, 'requ'd vers of AME is not installled or the install is damaged. reintall.' So I did. Removed old versions and kept prefs, and updated both to newest. Did not work, and now after several attempts, including just adjusting timeline for a GIFs, 'cmd-e', nor selecting Export video/media does NOTHING.
I am working on a:
iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, 2020)
OS: macOS Monterey 12.3.1;
Processor: 3.6 GHz 10-Core Intel Core i9
Memory: 64 GB 2667 MHz DDR4;
Storage: 1 TB with 701 GB free
Graphics: AMD Radeon Pro 5300 4 GB Built in Retina Display 27” (5120 x 2880) w/Apple Thunderbolt Display, 27” (2560x1440)
open ame and then try exporting.
and when reinstalling always delete preferences because they are most likely the problem cause.
there's nothing automated, but you can save and restore the preferences.
Ok it worked with just removing completely AME, including pref's. I had hoped AP kept them in separate folder, but it doesn't. So, I had to go to recent archive and re-import that way by doing a 'Preset' search. Found them. But, man, one reason I like CC, is that I do not have to do that kind of stuff anymore... and MAIN REASON I like Mac. Felt like I was working with a Microsoft PC again. Anyway, ty for help.

Is there a way to export Animate, and Media Encoder custom pref's? THEY WERE SOME GOOD ONES. (As they all are, I guess.)
