Annoying ripple effect when trying to draw in Animate CC

Hi, don't know if you know what I'm talking about, but when you hold your pen or mouse down on the screen in Animate CC, that ripple kind of effect will happen. When I'm trying to draw, the same thing will happen, and I want to know how I can disable it or prevent it from happening. Any ideas?

Hard to visualize this. It happens using a stylus and your mouse? On the stage or everywhere throughout the UI? What operating system?
