ANYONE PLEEZ! How to make OAM files responsive in DreamWeaver??

This is driving me crazy, it's been weeks no answers. No info anywhere online. Is it impossible!??

How, oh how do u make OAM files responsive in Dreamweaver??

Put them in a fluid container but no option to make the OAM responsive like you can with a Jpeg. Nothing works. I am begging for help here!

I am from the Dreamweaver Forum and have used OAM in the very distant past.
