AS3: Scrolling text box

Hi. I have added a text box - dynamic text. Then menu - text - scrollable - enabled.

I published but can't scroll. I know I'm missing code but I don't know where to find it. I don't want to use the scrollUI component as it's damn ugly and I need to design it properly. Also I want to scroll with my mouse or finger instead of a scroll bar

you want it to scroll in response to something (if yes, what) or you want to auto-scroll?

Not auto scroll.

My text is too big for a screen. It's a very large reading text for Cambridge exams.

I need to be able to scroll the text up to keep reading manually with my finger on a tablet and a mouse on PC. The same as you would do on any web page.

AS3 for mobile app targeting Android and I am also coding in HTML5 for web but that is not as urgent.
