I'm currently making animation for game sprites, and a couple of characters look best with a warp tool due to their design. My first sprite, a dolphin, worked perfectly with the asset warp tool and had no issues. Recently however, every time I just to move anchor points on a warped image causes the colours to either vanish or switch which makes it impossible to work with. The only thing I can recall doing different to my first attempt was update the app and others agree it appears to be a glitch.
I've attached a mp4 file showcasing the issue. I thought it initially might be the way as I was colouring since I would colour in sepereate layers underneath the linework and then merge it all together, so I tried just colouring all on the single layer but that didn't help either.

This has been a known issue for years and it's indeed very annoying. What you can do to work around it somewhat is optimize the shape or move around the warp pins a little until the shape re-appears again.

Thanks for the advice, I'll try it shortly. Although could you elaborate on what you mean by "optimize the shape"? I'm self-teaching myself at the moment and still not entirely familiar with all the in-outs of the programs.

Managed to figure out the tips you gave but I don't think they helped. I tried both optimiszing and shifting around the pins but none of the fixed the fact that, during the tween, the colours act unpredictably. The tool seems to be well and truly busted at the moment. Thanks for the suggestions though.
