Assist Me - "Snap To Objects" Button Is Missing On Adobe Animate

Guys, I can't see "Snap to Objects button on Adobe Animate even though it has a tick. Can someone assist me? What should I do?

click it to toggle it on and off.  you can also right click the back stage or an empty part of the stage to see and toggle the snapping options.

Hi - This button is present under the Doc tab of the Properties panel. In your screenshot the snap icon (inverted U) is shown in Properties panel just above the Publish Settings options.
