Blurry components when resizing

I have a few pages with different sizes. Whenever I open these pages they become ever so slightly blurry because they resize and scale to fill the viewport. Is there a quick way to get rid of this blurryness? This effect was a lot less and almost not noticable in the old flash variants of these pages.

If there's no quick fix for this what causes this to occur so that I can avoid it in the future?

Not blurry(flash):

Sizes in the swf are only slightly different.

How are you scaling your pages? If you're using CSS scaling, any HTML elements (like components) should automatically redraw at native resolution.

The screenshot you posted doesn't even look that blurry. It just looks like how some browsers render text, favoring glyph accuracy over sharpness.
