Bone tool

After I have  inserted the bone tool in some of my characters...the moment i try to move...the whole thing gets distorted with some strange lines appearing..like i have shown above. What could be the problem

I have had this issue before too. What I have done, is saved the project shut down Animate and then restart animate with the bone tool project and the bones work fine. Try that.

Also looking at your timeline you need to extend out frames if you want to animate the bones from one position to another.
