Browser Testing Question

Greetings. Sorry if this question has been answered before,  but I Im working with a project that has a very long timeline with navigations that point to different labels in the timeline and I was wondering if there was a way to isolate certain moments to test in the browser so that I don't have to start from the beginning every time I test int the browser, is that possible? Thanks in advance

Just stick a gotoAndPlay at the beginning?
