Camera Tool Effects How the Arrow Keys Move Objects On the Stage

I am working on a project, in which I am using the camera tool. However, when the camera is enabled, it breaks the way the arrow keys move objects on the stage. When I would select a drawing and hit the down key, it instead moved up and to the left. The same happened for the up, left, and right keys as well. Even when I would move the objects manually with my mouse, they would move up and to the left slightly when letting go of the mouse. I tried turning the camera off, which fixed all issues. The arrow keys worked fine, as did my mouse. I have already finished some shots with the camera tool, however, so I'm curious if there is a way to fix this bug that the camera causes. I'm currently using Adobe Animate 2020, but updating to 2021 didn't fix it. If anything, that made the camera even worse as I couldn't use the slider with my tablet pen (Which works fine in the version from 2020) and could only do so with my mouse. Is there any way to fix this unwanted movement? Thanks.

I'm gonna unofficially call this a bug. Can you still work without the camera on and then turn it on after you've animated?

Yeah, that's probably it. Still irritating that the tool overall is even more broken in newer versions. I'm not sure if there's a workaround with turning the camera off, it might erase the keyframes of camera positioning already made with it. If I have to tough it out and then never use it again till it's fixed, I suppose that'll be my solution. It won't really fix the problem, though.
