Convert AS2 to HTML5?

Is there any tool or software that can convert fla files with as2 to HTML5?

createJS toolkit for flash has some ability to publish html5 content from fla files, http://www.createjs.com/#!/CreateJS

CreateJS does not convert AS code.  I need something that converts AS code to Javascript if possible.

that's correct.  but createJS allows you to use some javascript code snippets.
