Hi
I wonder why Adobe Animate always fail deleting unused files in the library ? It doesn't select all the unused files the first time, I have to run the command twice to get rid of all my unused files.
Thanks

when you click select unused files, not all the unused files are selected?

Yes, exactly - I have to delete the few ones that were selected at first, then click on the command again in order to get the remaining files selected

how many unused items are in the library when you see this problem?
eg, i just 4 symbols to a fla's library, and the select option selected all 4.

It was on that example enclosed:
- I had 34 files in the library
- I deleted almost everything in my scene then I ran the Select unused items command from the Library
- You can see on the screenshot that it only selected a few items... I clicked to delete them though, then I had to run the command again in order to get the remaining unused items selected & deleted
This happens sometimes, don't know why, or if it's a bug

i don't see a problem. or maybe a minor problem:
i imported over 200 bitmaps. the first selection of unused items selected the 89 files that were not in a folder. the second selection selected the remaining unused files that were all in folders.

I was just wondering why it doesn't select all, even sometimes with 10 images.. it is what he is supposed to do

i don't see that problem with library items outside folders. did you try with different fla files?

This is a long-standing problem. Sometimes you can delete everything, and sometimes you need to do it twice.
