hi, my son has a few problems with Adobe Animate. Is there a support email or chat or phone where customers can send the list of issues and get help? On the page https://helpx.adobe.com/ there is info "Contact us - Real help from real people." but it's kind of joke - there are only link to popular topics. How to contact Adobe support?

Asking your questions here might be a quick way to get answers. Would be best to ask one main question per post, rather than a list of unrelated questions.

If the questions are going to be about subscriptions or other account related topics, using the contact us, or their Twitter based support, would be better. https://twitter.com/AdobeCare

thanks, probably I will have to put all the questions here. But is there any contact to Adobe support? There is  no "the contact us" possibility. where did you see it?

there is a place to contact adobe, but they are not going to have expertise in using the adobe software.  that's what you come here for.

but if you want to try it: use a browser that allows popups and cookies and contact adobe support by clicking here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human

p.s you can also use phone (but chat is usually quicker), https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html

p.p.s. you can also use twitter to tweet @AdobeCare

p.p.p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-com...

you're welcome.  but you should follow @Colin Holgate's advice and ask animate questions here, as they arise.  ie, don't overwhelm us with several questions jammed into one post.
