Export with Media Encoder fails

Hi,

While I want to export my Animate file to a video format, using Media Encoder, the latter does'nt open : it keeps waiting while opening at the same point "Chargement de ImporterQuickTime.bundle" and ends with an alert windom :

"Adobe Media Encoder Error

Adobe Media Encoder has encountered an unexpected error and cannot continue."

Could you help me please ?

what are your export media settings?  ie, embed a screenshot showing the panel after your click file>export>export video/media (assuming that's what you are selecting to export to ame).

I had a probleme with Creative Cloud.
I had to reinstall every thong. Now its working.
