Exported animation looks weird

Hi, I'm fairly new to animate, but i made a little video. I always oriented my editing based on what i saw on the stage, but now, when i export it, its all weird and it seems to play all my animations at once. I just want it to play whats on stage. I cant screenrecord it, because the quakity would be too bad. Can someone please help? I also added the videos to understand my problem better 🙂

you probably want to use graphic symbols instead of movieclips.

I currently can't access my animate library, since it's on a computer outside my home, sorry

did you create any movieclips in that fla?

I'm really sorry, but i'm a beginner in animate. I created a png in photoshop and then created a rig and moved it however i needed it for the frame, for some i used key frames, so it would morphe more easily and seamlessly. It's a rushed school project, and we didn't have time to learn the basics

Ok, thank you for your time 😊, it's a special project, our teachers don't know how to use Animate either, but i'll see if i can find the solution for my problem

maybe check with a classmate that's more familiar with animate.  just knowing the terminology etc can be helpful because they can log into this forum and ask questions, too.
