Feature request: Move layers up or down with Command+Bracket

Let's move the layers up or down with the keyboard shortcuts Command+] for up and Command+[ for down just like in Photoshop.  Seems like this should have been a feature long ago.

you can copy, paste and insert layers with custom kb shortcuts now.  to request a move layers, post here, Feature Request/Bug Report Form

We fully know of copying/pasting/inserting layers.

What we'd like to do is move layers up or down just like in Photoshop.
