Flash 8 One or more files were not imported because there were problems reading them

So im trying to import swf assets from a 6teen game to flash 8 But it keeps saying ,,One or more files were not imported because there were problems reading them,, And its really annoying, does someone know how to fix it? i will post the swf below.

Most likely the SWF was published in CS5 in a newer format and that is why it cannot be read correctly by F8.

for others, you need the fla, not the swf.

Tried to use JPEXS Free Flash Decompiler to convert it to fla but I just keep getting "unexpected file format" errors when I try to import it to flash 8. I know this has to do with the version so I tried exporting it as a flash 8 document too, but it still won't work. What should I do? Using the sfw gives me a "protected movie" error.
