Mouse over a picture--and some text appears, floating
centered over the picture (maybe even inside a translucent white
vellum box, maybe even inside a translucent white vellum box with a
wipe transition).
I found one example over the web that not only met all of
these conditions, heck it even met one of them. Since my notebook
crashed, I lost the link. I can't find the site. I also can't find
any examples even remotely like what I'm describing, even though
the effect is so commonplace (think the little messages people can
add that float over their clips on YouTube. That commonplace, yet I
can't find a single example of how to make one in Flash.)
Can anyone point me to a sample? Thanks.
