Frames keep on decreasing and it's disturbing me alot. How to fix.

Let me get this straight, my frame rate looks like grabage for my animations. Without audio, the frame rate keeps dropping to like 15.45 or 10.99. And the more objects I add, the more it drops. Is there something wrong with my microsoft graphics driver? Again...
