I have a graphic symbol that contains a layer in the shape of a hand
For some reason the frame of the transform of the symbol comes out diagonally to me.
And it bothers me when I want to shorten my hand
What could be the reason for this and how can I rotate the frame?
I already tried to copy the hand again from illustrator.
And it didn't help.
Thanks in advance!!!

ie, change the transform point when you want to transform the symbol.

The OP has posted a picture, clearly showing that he has an issue with the bounding box, not the Transformation point:

Yeah, I agree.
I don't understand why they keep attaching images all the time. There may be a UX issue with the forum.

Do you want the border to be consistent with the object after the symbol is converted? You can take a look at this extension. Rig Tool can make the object that needs to be converted to a symbol follow the desired direction.
This is a great feature when making character animations!
