HELP!!! MY VIDEO EXPORTED IN THE WRONG RESOLUTION!!!

OS: Windows 10

64 bit

Computer creation date: 2015 or something

Computer resolution: 1366x768

Installed RAM: 8,00 GB

Media player: VLC

Video file: .AVI

It has a letterboxed screen ratio, pixels are not 1:1, yeah. you get the idea.

Are you exporting using File > Export > Export Video/Media? After sending to Media Encoder, you can change all sorts of properties from there, but it should be as you authored by default.
