help with creating fps game

I have the cs5 production premium suit and it had flash cs5 pro and I was wondering how would I make a first person shooter like this ->http://www.addictinggames.com/sniper-assassin-5-final-mission-game.html so could some one direct me to a tutorial that is beginner friendly since I have no exprience in making flash games

your best bet for tutorials is to search using google looking for something you can understand.  but, in general, an fps is not appropriate for a beginner.

a drag-and-drop game, for example, would be more accessible to a novice.
