It was not caused by the settings, I re-open the application and it turn works normally..

I found the cause. It was the horrorific Huion drivers that don't work properly.. Whit mouse the issues don't occour.. I need to restart the Mac and try several times from swap usb and on/off the Kamvas..

Go to Huion's website and update the driver for your tablet model if you haven't already.
