How can i remove those rugged edges that appear when the phone is shaking.

I have an animated mobile phone which shake. there appears those rugged edges when the phone is shaking and dissaper when the phone is still. dOES ANYONE KNOW HOW I CAN REMOVE THIS

You need to use a high-quality image. What you have going on aliasing because your current image is low quality. Also, remember when publishing to publish your images at high res.

Are you using an AS3 document?

if so, find this image in the Library panel, go to its properties and check 'Allow smoothing'.
