I cant' save my work

Hello, I have a problem with adobe animate:  

when I try to save my work a message appears:

"Impossible to save the document as users/... Try to save it with another name or in a different position".

I tried to follow the instruction but it doesn't work. What should i do?

What is the name are you giving to the file? Also, is it a local folder or a network folder?

thank you . i'm trying to save in a local folder. the name is valid ( prova animazione.fla)

Do you mind attaching a screenshot of when you get the error and the folder in which are you trying to save to?

You can hide sensitive data if needed.

My best guess is that spaces and special characters are getting in the way.

Try to save to a desktop folder called something like "test" and give the .fla a name like "testanim" and check if it works, please.

copy and paste here a screenshot of your save as dialogue panel just prior to clicking save. eg,

again, in animate > click file > click save as > assign a safe name > navigate to your safely named desktop folder > just prior to clicking save, take a screenshot and paste here.

Does the issue happen to a file that you have opened currently only and don't want to lose it or does it happen to any file that you create or open?

click file > save as and navigate to a local folder and use a computer valid file name.
