I want to make a 3 d rotation with this logo

I want to make a 3D rotation with this logo, Does anyone know how i can achieve that. I have looked up for tutorials on youtube and i find them difficult to understand. I have the logo in vector art already

that looks 2-d to me so if you just want to rotate that through 3-d space you can use its rotationX and/or rotationY properties.

Specify exactly what kind of 3D rotation you have in mind. There's lots of ways to rotate something.

That... doesn't answer the question at all. All you've done is describe the general concept of rotation.

Hi.

- Create a new AS3 document (Ctrn/Cmd + N);

- Import the logo to the stage with Ctrl/Cmd + R or going to File > Import > Import to stage... or dragging and dropping the bitmap onto the stage;

- Convert it to a Movie Clip by selecting it and pressing F8;

- Extend the number of frames in the layer of this newly created symbol instance using F5 to a number of your choice (like 15);

- Right-click and choose Create Motion Tween;

- Go to another frame (say 15);

- Open up the Transform panel (Ctrl/Cmd + T);

- In the 3D Rotation section, change one of the axis to 180 degress;

- A new keyframe will be automatically created and hopefully you will have the logo animated.
