Import video H264 into Animate 2022 as references. Animate crashes every time.

Hi,

I work with Animate 2022. I need to import a video (H264) into my animate scene in order to use it as an animation reference. Here is what I tried:

I did a 1920 x 1080 file, ActionScript 3.0. Then create my scene. Then import---import a video--- Incorporate H264 to the scenario-- I choose my H264 video-- next -- next -- Done. And then, eveytime (i tried 15 times at least with different videos, videos length, videos format etc..) Animate crashes. I don't know what to do and I can't animate without references.

Thanks,

E.
