Is there way to Illustrator file project to using asset warp tool?

Hi guys I newble using Animate. So I just wanna use Asset Warp tool My İllustrator Art Work.

I upload my project Animate. BUT I CANNOT USE ASSET WARP TOOL. Can you guys help me?

Thanks for answer But I am not talking About Warp tool. I talking about Asset warp tool
