Issue of creating new file in Animate

Hi there,

I got an issue when creating new file (by file/ new..., or "create new" button on the start up window) that the pop up window seem not responding for a about couple of minutes, it shows a blank black window.

Anyone got this issue and have a resolution?
I'm currently using mac M1pro.
I contacted the adobe support team and helped with a solution of reinstalling or changing the internet.... but it didn't work.
