Making sound equalizer

Hi guys, im interested in making a sound equalizer... The purpose of the equalizer is  to adjust the Bass, High End, Mid range, etc...

Can someone give the real working example in actionscript? I found some code but it didnt work. I m using flash builder 4.5......

creating a dynamic equalizer is difficult but, doable using as3.  i don't think it's doable using as2.
