I'm using Adobe animate 2019 here
i only have 1 mask layer in my project, under it are two classic tweening layers (both have blur filter on),i exported that and my mask layer is just gone
i converted my mask layers to symbol (movie clip) and the result is still mess up when exporting
i converted the 2 under layers as symbol too (from graphic to movie clip) and again its still mess up

everything looks normal in the program, its only mess up when i render it

nevermind i figured it out
(my English isn't the best so bear with me here)
don't apply any filters in "frame" tab (on the right, properties>frame), use "object" instead
if the keyframes under mask layer looks like this (white dot) then it's won't export the mask layer

they should be black dot once u remove the filter in "frame" settings

those keyframes are all symbols (movie clips)
Also i was mistaken- my An was 2020 lol
Hope this will save someone from stressing out!

Looks like a bug. It's happening in An 2022 as well.

Please report it here if you have the time: https://www.adobe.com/products/wishform.html
