Media encoder linkage error when exporting animated video

After working in Animate, export it as a video.
If I unchecked the "Start adobe media Encoder render Queue immediately" box, I was able to make additional settings in the media encoder... but after the update, even if I unchecked it, rendering is done automatically. How do I solve this?
