more languages?

How do i get more languages for animate.

Mainly i would like to get Finnish since its my first language and i cant find it in animate

the languages listed in the cc desktop app are all there are.

wait sorry but i changed to animate 2024 from 2019 so how do i change the language in 2024?

uninstall the app with incorrect language 

change the cc desktop appsettings to your preferred language 

install the app with that preferred language.

I cant find finnish on the language selection when i click the three dots next to the animate logo

in your cc desktop app > click the hamburger menu > file > preferences

then click apps > install language > finnish

tried pressing the uninstall button and then installing it after changing the language but it didnt work

i changed the default language and then i uninstalled the program then re-installed. but the language didnt change

are you certain the app with the incorrect language was uninstalled?

ok.  try:

1.  uninstall animate, including preferences, per https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html

2.  change your install language

3.  reset the cc desktop app by making sure it's in the foreground, then press:

Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R

4. check that the install language is still finnish.  if it's not, change it to finnish

5. restart your computer.  check that the install language is still finnish.  if it is, install animate.

Hey sorry for the late response but this didnt work, would there be a file which you could bring to the language folder?

language change didnt work i have changed the language to finnish but it for some reason didnt change the language in animate 😕

no i first changed the language

again, there are 5 steps needed.   read the steps and follow them, in order, starting with step 1.

i followed these steps, but the menu language still not changed.

However, all the other apps' language are changed successfully such as ps,pr,...(that's weird....).

Seems only Animate got this problem
