Motion Tween does not export

I have created a simple motion tween that rotate a symbol. When I Control->Test I see the animation just fine however when I try to Export->Export Animated GIF or any other type of export all I get is a static picture and nothing is animated.

When exporting like this, you must use Graphic symbols and not MovieClip.
