Movie Clip Disappear

Why when I make a movie clip symbol it disappears without any reason it's just going to 0 H & W

What is the solution?

use the drawing tools to create something>right click>convert to symbol>movieclip>ok.

I know how to create Symbol what I mean it's doesn't show in the stage
