my audio plays weird when i scrub in adobe animate

When i scrub, the audio still plays, But it sounds weird. This makes it hard to manually lip sync. The audio doesnt fully play, Its almost as if it only plays every couple frames? I dont exactly know how to describe it. When I play, The audio plays just fine.

I've since found out that this is because it doesnt work well if the audio file has music in it. If anybody else has this problem, I reccomed using https://www.acapella-extractor.com/ to remove your music from the dialouge.
