Not getting code hints - Flash CS5 and Action Script 3 - Total Training.COM

Seemed at first I got them. Not sure if it was the loading of builtinclasses.fla or what but I don't get any hints in the ACTIONS - FRAME ActionScript 3.0 AS root window after I type in the parenthesis in this example but for any other time a code hint should occur. Looked at preferences and "Load All Code Hints" from the action window.

Any ideas?

try saving your fla in a new directory that has no subdirectories.  close flash and reopen and load your fla in the enw directory.

No it's still not fixed.

I saved it in the SAVED folder under Desktop --> project files CS3 --> saved folder which has no subfolder in it and quit flash and invoke it again and open recent to the file highlighted file below when I get into the actions code and backspace to the .addEventListener and type in the left parenthesis,... nothing happens still (no code hints).

I saved it here built in Classes fla.jpg

Could you send me the thread again because the one you sent me just goes back to my reply that said your first solution didn't work.

"http://forums.adobe.com/post!reply.jspa?message=3830867" just brings me back to my original post and reply but not to a different previous thread on the subject that talks about the answer(s) to this.

I am not using script builder and not sure about SDK's (Software Development Kit's) (I spelled it out so you knew that I knew what it was ... however I'm not sure where they come in to play with my problem).

The total training web teaching uses FLASH CS3 not FLASH CS5 so that is one difference but not sure why that would make any difference.

I have code hints turned on I should add. Bu the second screen print "advanced settings" I know very little about and I wonder if it's a library that it's not finding the code hints from?

Not sure about configuration of this advanced screen. /ActionScript 3.0/flex_sdk/4.0.0/

I am using a MacPro by the way on the new 10.7 (Lion).
