OAM file does not appear when site is uploaded

The .OAM files in the Client section and Program section do not show up when I view them offline in either Firefox Google Crome. They do however work when I show them offline in Internet Explorer. they do not work when I view them online.They do seem to work online in Safari.

This is what I see in the "clients" section.

Perhaps those console errors will help?
