Good afternoon, I'm tryintg to make an animation with audio, the audio type is a wav - 8mb, but when i use the option "Play(Enter)", it takes like 1 to 3 seconds to play the animation because of the audio, I have already changed it's configurations and saw that other people's Animate doesn't have that kinda problem, it's stressing because I want to make my animation quick as possible, what can I do? I'm desperate.
And I'm 100% sure that is not a GPU/CPU problem since besides that, the program works fine and smooth.

that's not the current version, you may want to update (esp if you're using a mac).
what type of project? canvas? as 3?
what do you see/hear when testing outside animate?

I downgraded my version to see if the problem would dissapear but it didn't
My project is an AS3
Outside of the program the audio is okay, it's something bugging the Animate itself

Just for a test, start the audio at frame 3, not 1.

What do you mean? start the audio on the third frame and the other two first are blank frames

What are the parameters of your source audio file before import?

It all looks as it should be.
The only thing that I'd try is to re-save the audio via Audacity as 16-bit PCM WAV and update just in case.

Maybe the program is loading the audio everytime I play? Does that happens to you?
