Please HELP!

Im using animate cc

I have created a new layer and made a rectangle box fade out to reveal my phone but when I test the fade works but the buttons on my phone are not clickable (inactive) I have tried different snippets and in different parts of the code but it does not solve the problem. Can anyone help?

Hi. The image is not working (Sorry, an error has occurred Microsoft OneDrive). By the way, the people tend to ignore post titles like "Please HELP!".
