Problema al iniciar sesión cuenta de correo equivocada

Hola, 

Estoy tratando de ayudar a una de mis alumnas, creo su cuenta de adobe con una cuenta de correo de electrónico equivocada y no puede iniciar sesión.  En el Creative Cloud no aparece ninguna opción para modificar la cuenta de correo.

 

¿Hay alguna forma en que se pueda solucionar este problema? El Asistente Virtual de Adobe despliega este mensaje "Lo sentimos, estamos cerrados. Por favor, vuelva a visitarnos"

I already contacted the Help Center, and the chatbot sent the link toe the Adobe Support Comnunity.

I'm afraid there are situations that do require the help of a person, the chatbot or FAQ provided on the Website are not appropriate for this particular situation.
