Problems in browser with audio file

I'm making an animate project for university and I have to hand in a html file. When I export the project I get errors in every browser I've tried. The audio file is supposed to play when I hover over a button, but that somehow doesn't work the first time I hover over the object, the second time it works. In Safari the audio sounds strange. I don't know what to do.
