Replace existing media in Animate

I'm an absolute noob. Sorry. I have been given an Animate project that is complete but needs the media (including keyframes and whatnot) replaced with new. Is there a way to essentially swap each item out so I don't have to reedit everything?

There are various ways to swap content, but you need to know very well what you're doing.
